Weatherproof (IP65) timer with touchpad for use with infrared heaters with a maximum switching capacity of 4000 watt. 'On' time can be pre-set internally from 1 minute to 40 minutes or in the version with touchpad from 1 to 60 minutes. Electronically controlled soft start prevents inductive current surge at switch on, reducing the risk of nuisance tripping at the MCB, and prolonging element life by powering up heater elements gently.
